About Me
Hi, my name is Cherise and I love yoga and mediation! Yoga helps me feel present, grounded and peaceful. I believe that any body and mind can benefit from doing yoga. You don't need to be flexible or an expert in any area to enjoy the benefits of what yoga and mediation offer. Moving your body with breath calms your mind and can be life changing. People find that they are happier and healthier by making yoga and meditation a part of their lives. The things that you learn on your mat can translate into your everyday life. I am a trained yoga instructor with knowledge in all different levels of yoga. However, I recently trained through the Warriors At Ease Organization to teach members of the military, their families and veterans. Yoga meets us right where we are in our lives. Let me share my knowledge of yoga and meditation with you.
